Place CBD drops under the tongue. We recommend that you start slowly and gradually increase your serving size over a 3-4 week period.
Start with 5 drops twice a day for the first week. On week 2-3 go up to 10 drops twice a day. By week 4 you can go up to 20 drops twice a day to get the full 20-30mg of CBD daily. Experiment and see what works best for you.
You will know you have reached the correct amount when you feel relief from your symptoms.
Additionally, you may take CBD Oil through out the day in smaller dosages. In other words 5-10 drops in the morning, 5-10 drops at noon and 5-10 drops in the evening. Breaking it up through out the day when you feel pain, anxiety, etc. can provide positive effects.
